Marking Out Reinforcement Of A Residence Hall At A University - Kansas City, MO

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems of Kansas City was recently contracted to mark out reinforcement in the slab of a residence hall at a university. The technician is able to provide accurate marks using real time data to map out the reinforcement in the slab. The client will use the information provided by the technician to safely core multiple holes through multiple floors. Furthermore, the client needed the information provided to determine which reinforcement bars could be cored through if needed. The technician scanned multiple areas on all levels of the building.

The black marker lines in the picture below identifies the whereabouts of the reinforcement in the slab.
