GPRS Assists on 2018 Super Bowl Preparation

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems of Minneapolis, MN was contacted by an electrical contractor to scan for reinforcement and conduits at the site of the new Minnesota Vikings football stadium, which is currently under construction in downtown Minneapolis. The contractor needed to core drill several locations, and wanted to avoid coring into any beams, rebar or conduits within the slab.

Project Manager Troy Bartlett used a GSSI 1600 MHz antenna to map out the reinforcement. All findings were marked out on the surface and communicated to the onsite contact so that construction at the site of the 2018 Super Bowl can continue without disruption.
